Claremore, Oklahoma is a great place to live and work. This community has been our home since May of 1989.

Starting in 1992 with one rental house in Claremore we have grown, over the years, to build, develop and manage multi-family properties, duplexes and houses throughout the city of Claremore and Rogers county.

We offer a variety of rental units from two and three bedroom duplexes to three and four bedroom homes.

With each property we bring our personal attention to holding high standards in clean and comfortable living conditions. Most of our rental properties have also received a "5 star plus" energy rating that will help keep your housing costs affordable, winter and summer.
